Private Lessons:

Due to NCAA compliance rules, Coach Ryan is not able to coach high school students in a private setting.

Participation Requirements:

Parents must complete and submit the registration and liability form as well as provide proof of the swimmer's USA swimming enrollment in order for the swimmer to participate.  Master's swimmers must provide proof of USMS enrollment before participating.

Payment Options:

We accept payment through paypal, by credit card, personal check, money order, or cash.  All checks are made payable to "Mallam Swim Clinics."

Cancellation Policy:

All payments are non-refundable two weeks prior to the clinic/camp.  Included in the price of the camps only is a $100 non-refundable registration fee that reserves the spot for the camper, this fee cannot be returned. Cancellation payments will also have the online reimbursement fee deducted from the refund.   Unused clinic/camp fees may be applied to a future event within one year of purchase date. Many of Arizona pool facilities are outside venues.  If a clinic is canceled due to weather, an alternate location will be used or a make up clinic will be scheduled, (camps are not rescheduled, but clinics may be subject to rescheduling).  If the swimmer is unable to attend the make-up clinic, we will credit their payment toward future events or give a full refund. The purchaser waives any and all damages that may otherwise arise as the result of  the cancellation.

Out of town swimmers:

We are very fortunate to have many out of town/state participants.  Many of our facilities are outdoor facilities in Arizona, including the Mona Plummer Complex at ASU.  If weather conditions prevent us from using the outdoor facilities, we do our best to find indoor facilities to accommodate us.  This sometimes means that we have to change the scheduled time of the event in order to work around the facility's schedule.  This also means that "starts" may not be included in the clinic/camp if their are not blocks present in which to safely demonstrate and practice.  If indoor facilities are not available on the date of the clinic/camp, then the clinic will be rescheduled to another date. The purchaser waives any and all damages that may otherwise arise as the result of  the cancellation.

Behavior at clinic/camp:

Willful damage to the pool facility and/or inappropriate, unsuitable behavior demonstrated from a swimmer, parent or any persons connected with the athlete attending clinic/camp, will result in immediate dismissal from clinic/camp and no refund will be available.

Food:

Snacks and meals during a clinic or camp is the responsibility of the swimmer. Water is very important and it is required for all swimmers to bring water bottles to the clinic/camp every day.
